These terms and conditions apply between you ("Customer") and GolfHippie.com ("GolfHippie") with respect to your purchases of GolfHippie products and accessories ("Products") from http:/www.golfhippie.com (the "Internet Site"). These terms and conditions shall apply and may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other documents, unless the Customer has signed a separate purchase agreement with GolfHippie, in which case the separate agreement shall govern.
2. Customers. Sales from this Internet Site are limited to Customers who are at least 18 years of age, and who are residents of the contiguous 48 states of the United States and the District of Columbia (not Alaska or Hawaii), and who are purchasing for personal use. GolfHippie will NOT accept orders on this Internet Site from parties who are underage, who are in other territories, or who intend to purchase Products for commercial resale. By submitting an order on this Internet Site, Customer certifies that Customer meets the foregoing requirements.
3. Payment & Orders. Credit card is the only form of payment that will be accepted for Product orders on this Internet Site. All orders received from GolfHippie.com are subject to acceptance in GolfHippie's sole and absolute discretion. Once accepted, GolfHippie will attempt to fill Customer's order for Products, subject to available inventory. GolfHippie will not be liable for delay in or failure to ship Products. Orders received on GolfHippie.com are protected by Secure Socket Layer encryption (SSL) for transaction security. Orders can be phoned in using our toll free number at (800)232-2844. Order status can be obtained by calling or by email at info@golfhippie.com.
4. Taxes. GolfHippie is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for all states and municipalities. Customer authorizes GolfHippie to charge the applicable sales taxes to Customer's credit card.
5. Shipping & Handling. Customers will be charged according to our Shipping and Handling prices. Average delivery time is 2 - 4 weeks.
6. Title; Risk of Loss. Title to Products passes from GolfHippie to Customer on shipment from GolfHippie's facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by GolfHippie is GolfHippie's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility.
7. Returns & Refunds. Each customer must contact us by phone or by e-mail to request a Return Authorization (RA) number for any returns. If the return is made within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise and the club has not been used, the returned merchandise will be eligible for our Money Back Guarantee. If the merchandise is returned after 15 days or if it has been used in any way, the return will then be handled on an individual basis. All returned merchandise must be received within 10 days of issuing the RA. If an item is received more than 10 days after the RA was issued, GolfHippie reserves the right to reassess the Return Authorization the day the item is received.
If more than 90 days have passed since the original purchase, the item cannot be returned.
Please include the copy of your original invoice as well as the RA number we provide so we can process your return as quickly as possible. The RA number should be printed on the outside of the package used to send the returned merchandise back to us. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We also recommended purchasing insurance for all returned merchandise. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage caused during return shipping.

Return Shipping Charges
If there is a problem with your order that was the fault of GolfHippie, we will take the necessary steps to make it right. We will be happy to reimburse the customer's ECONOMY GROUND return shipping costs in the following situations, provided the customer includes proof of the charges paid:
• The club received was not what was ordered
• The club received was defective (and you have contacted us within 15 days of receipt)
• The condition of the club was not correctly rated
call GolfHippie (Golf Headquarters) Customer Service at 1 (800) 232-2844 to receive shipping authorization and instructions. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Expenses for the reshipment, back to the customer, of unauthorized returned products will be the responsibility of the customer.
GolfHippie strives to provide products of the highest quality and to ensure its customers are completely satisfied with products purchased from us. GolfHippie will not accept returned products unless purchased directly from GolfHippie.
8. Limitation of Damages & Liability. GolfHippie shall not be liable to Customer for any special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any claim by any third party. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of Products, GolfHippie is not liable for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by Customer for the purchases under this agreement.
9. Reservations & Exceptions. GolfHippie reserves the rights to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties for Products on this Internet Site at any time without prior notice. GolfHippie endeavors to post accurate information, but mistakes can sometimes be made, and any errors in Product specifications, descriptions, and pricing are subject to correction by GolfHippie. GolfHIppie reserves sole discretion over the acceptance of orders, and may reject any order that is not consistent with the requirements of these terms & conditions or GolfHippie's merchandising policies.
10. Governing Law. This Internet Site is controlled, operated and administered by GolfHippie from its offices in the state of Indiana, USA. This agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the state of Indiana, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. Customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal or state courts of the state of Indiana for any disputes, claims or causes of action involving this Internet Site or this agreement. Customer agrees to abide the laws of the United States and any applicable state laws. No representations are made that this Internet Site or its materials, products or contents are appropriate or available for use outside the United States.
